Job Summary
Overview
We are looking for aCertified Therapeutic Recreation Therapistto join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.

Responsibilities
Recreational therapists plan direct and coordinate recreation-based treatment programs for people with disabilities injuries or illnesses. These therapists use a variety of modalities including arts and crafts; drama music and dance; sports and games; aquatics; and community outings to help maintain or improve a patients physical social and emotional well-being.
Qualifications
Education and Training:Bachelors Degree certified or eligible for certification as a CTRS
Experience:Two (2) years experience as a Recreational Therapist in rehab activities or a similar setting
