A leading law firm is seeking a Finance Associate Attorney with 23 years of experience to join its team in Washington D.C. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a career in structured finance and securitization working on sophisticated transactions with high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate complex lending documentation including warehouse credit agreements and other structured finance instruments.
Support clients in structured finance transactions securitizations and related financing deals.
Manage multiple transactions simultaneously ensuring accuracy timeliness and attention to detail.
Provide strategic legal advice and practical solutions in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Conduct due diligence review transaction documents and assist with closing processes.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
23 years of experience in finance with a focus on structured finance securitizations or related transactions preferred.
Strong drafting skills and experience with complex lending documents.
Proven ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent academic credentials and strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
