KRE Security LLC is seeking professional and dependable Part-Time Security Guards to join our team in Pottstown PA. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who can balance professionalism with compassion while ensuring a safe environment.
Pay Rate:
$18.50/hour

Responsibilities:
- Maintain safety and security of the premises
- Conduct patrols and monitor activity
- Interact with individuals from all walks of life including those experiencing hardship
- Remain firm but respectful and compassionate in all interactions
- Utilize a Phazzer (non-lethal CEW) when required in accordance with training and protocols
- Report incidents accurately and follow all site procedures
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working with people experiencing homelessness and/or current and former drug issues
- Ability to remain calm professional and compassionate in challenging situations
- Comfortable using a Phazzer (non-lethal CEW) training provided
- Must be dependable punctual and detail-oriented
- Clean background (no felonies or misdemeanors)
- Prior security or related experience preferred but not required
