Part-Time Remote Utilization Review/Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Utilization Review/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial for providing comprehensive support across administrative logistical and organizational functions with a strong focus on utilization review and family communication.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage intake paperwork maintain organized systems and ensure all documentation is handled electronically and stored in SharePoint.
Family Communication: Proactively communicate with families throughout the admission process providing updates and addressing inquiries.
External Providers: Coordinate with external providers to facilitate seamless transitions and information exchange.
Utilization Review: Assist with medical clearance and insurance-related tasks ensuring all processes are virtual and efficient.
Logistical Support: Provide logistical assistance to ensure smooth operations.
