Job Description: Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Manage incoming calls and emails from customers ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Process orders returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service experience

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or related field

Salary & Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $86900 per year
  • Maximum Salary: $104000 per year
