- Website & SEO: Own the top of funnel - website updates SEO and landing pages that convert.
- Social & Brand: Make Rounds brand impossible to ignore. Manage LinkedIn X and other channels with founder-level tone and creativity.
- Campaigns: Run experiments across paid organic and community channels to generate inbound demand.
- Partnership Marketing: Collaborate with accounting fintech and VC partners to reach their networks.
- Events & Community: Coordinate meetups panels and customer spotlights that deepen Rounds reach and reputation.
- Reporting: Measure whats working and share clear insights to guide where we double down next.
Requirements
- Proven track record scaling communities around a product and building brand trust for B2B or fintech products.
- Experience in trust-driven or regulated industries (e.g. fintech finance or compliance).
- Creative operator: you can write design and launch campaigns without layers of approval.
- Builder mentality: you create from zero test fast and learn even faster.
- Strong sense of brand: you care how things look sound and feel - and why it matters.
- Bias for action: you move fast ship faster and value progress over perfection.
