Role Overview
The Sales Professional (Closer) plays a key role in driving revenue by engaging qualified leads underwriting deals and converting opportunities into successful sales. Youll work closely with the sales team to finalize transactions and contribute directly to the companys growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Close warm leads generated by the Sales Development team.
- Evaluate and underwrite deals to determine land value and create competitive offer prices.
- Conduct phone-based negotiations and follow-ups with property owners to close deals.
- Manage and track sales activity using CRM tools such as Follow Up Boss and Land ID.
- Maintain consistent communication and ensure smooth deal handoffs within the team.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 35 years of proven sales experience ideally in high-ticket closing or similar roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to quickly analyze and underwrite land or property value.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in real estate sales particularly land acquisition.
- Familiarity with tools like Zillow or other property research platforms.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly closed sales and conversion rates (5% - 10%).
- Revenue generated from closed deals.
- Consistency in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
