As a Director of Business Intelligence & Visualization you will lead a team of Insights Analysts to deliver actionable insights and compelling visualizations that drive measurable business impact for our clients. You will partner closely with clients and internal teams to champion adoption of Circanas Liquid Data platform ensuring that solutions meet business needs and accelerate decision-making.
This role combines strategic leadership client engagement and technical acumen. You will translate client requirements into clear development plans oversee the creation of best-practice dashboards and reports and foster a culture of innovation and analytical excellence. If you are a strong communicator comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about data storytelling wed love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Solution Design
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client business goals and reporting needs.
- Understand all layers of the Liquid Data stack and Translate requirements into actionable plans for Technology teams.
- Data Analysis & Visualization
- Design and deliver high-quality dashboards and reports using Circanas Liquid Data and its latest innovations and best practices.
- Apply best practices in visualization and storytelling to communicate insights effectively.
- Innovation & Adoption
- Drive adoption of Circanas Liquid Data platform and continuously improve insight delivery.
- Leverage innovation roadmaps and emerging visualization techniques.
- Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide analysts fostering a client-centric and insights-driven culture.
- Drive overall strategy in terms of usage of unify to transition teams and clients to better decision-making using the power of all recently released tools
- Ensure quality consistency and adherence to delivery standards
Requirements
- Experience: 10 years in BI analytics or client insights roles.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Expertise in Circanas visualization tools .
- Strong storytelling and executive communication skills.
- Experience with large datasets and advanced analytics methodologies.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
