Sales Offer Instant Coffee Team

Summary of the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Officer to join Sucafina Vietnam Instant Coffee Team. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to learn the coffee trading business from the ground up through a structured rotational training program. Upon completion the Sales Officer will support trading and sales activities in Vietnam and across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

Trading Operations:

• Execute trading strategies to optimize profitability while managing risk effectively;
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of contracts;
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to coordinate the smooth flow of goods

Market Analysis:

• Stay abreast of global market trends pricing dynamics and supply-demand factors related to soluble coffee;
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks

Contract Negotiation :

• Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers and customers ensuring favorable terms and conditions;
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all contracts are following regulations and company policies

Supplier and Buyer Relationship:

• Build and cultivate strong relationships with coffee suppliers and buyers to ensure a reliable and diversified network negotiating favorable terms and conditions to support the companys trading activities;

Risk management:  

• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate price fluctuations and market uncertainties.
• Monitor and assess potential risks in the supply chain and implement proactive measures to address them.

Reporting:  

• Prepare regular reports and presentations on trading performance market insights and recommendations for strategic adjustments;

Team Collaboration:  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics finance and quality assurance to ensure seamless execution of trading operations;

Sales Target:

• Build/find new customers open new markets ensure sales target and growth rate;

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business Commerce or a related field with proven good academic record; Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of trading agreements;

Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus;

Highly motivated to build a career in the coffee industry;

Willingness to participate in an intensive training program for Sucafina products (Green Bean and Instant Coffee) to have an overview of different lines of work.
