Oracle Primavera Sr. Functional Consultant (P6 & Unifier)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Oracle Primavera P6 & Unifier Functional Consultant to join our Oracle Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit (CEGBU).
In this role you will design and implement enterprise-grade Primavera solutions for global customers helping them achieve operational excellence across project controls cost management and scheduling.

You will act as a trusted advisortranslating complex business needs into scalable Oracle Primavera solutions while driving innovation standardization and value creation.

• Lead and deliver enterprise-wide Primavera Stack implementations including Primavera P6 and Unifier Cloud.

• Engage with customers internal Oracle teams and partners to provide bug-free high-quality solutions aligned with Oracle methodologies.

• Take full ownership of assigned projects and drive them from design through go-live and post-production support.

• Design develop and test functional configurations workflows and integrations with related systems.

• Consolidate and migrate multiple P6 databases into a unified Cloud environmentensuring data accuracy cleansing and error resolution.

• Guide customers to adopt industry best practices in project management and cost control using Oracle Primavera products.

• Design and implement Unifier Business Processes (BPM workflows cost controls document management schedule management etc.) using U-Designer.

• Develop custom UDR and analytical reports with SQL and dashboarding capabilities.

• Conduct requirement workshops UAT sessions and user training for implemented modules.

• Create knowledge assets reusable configurations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Oracle CEGBU.

• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and ensure timely quality deliverables.

• Required Experience & Skills

• 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier (functional role) with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.

• Strong functional understanding of Cost Controls Schedule Management Business Process Management and Document Management modules.

• Proven knowledge of U-Designer for building and transferring configurations through Configuration Packages.

• Experience in designing workflows custom reports dashboards and integration testing.

• Prior experience in Cost Management EVM Contract Cash Flow Quality Risk Claims and Payment Applications modules.

• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 EPPM and Cloud implementations (preferred).

• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in requirement gathering solution design UAT and end-user training.
