Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- 12 years of softwareproductmanagement experience
- Experience with workplace domain areas such as facility management real estate or workplace strategy.
- Familiarity with workplace-related software including space planning resource booking or hybrid work solutions.
- Background in emerging technologies relevant to workplace transformation such as IoT AI or workplace analytics.
- Knowledge of ServiceNows platform and its capabilities especially Workplace Service Delivery.
- Proven experience as a product manager successfully delivering software products from concept to launch.
- Strong prioritizationskillsandthediscipline to focus on highimpactactivities
- Experience defining andcapturingproductrequirementsandtransforming them intoaproduct roadmap
- Deep curiosity about customerneeds and a track record inbuilding customer relationshipsand delivering customer-centric solutions
- Experience driving solution development through big-picture solution development
- Ability to serve as a team lead and coach employees at lower levels
