The Opportunity

QVC US is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team specializing in the full lifecycle recruitment of operations and frontline roles across Operations (Supply Chain Quality Logistics and Retail). In this pivotal role you will be instrumental in attracting and hiring top talent who power our business behind the scenes. Youll leverage your expertise to deliver results with speed build inclusive teams and help shape the future of QVCs operational excellence.
- You will be hybrid-remote at our West Chester PA office.

Your Impact

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for business critical frontline roles in Operations (Supply Chain Quality Logistics and Retail).
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs develop sourcing strategies and deliver a diverse slate of qualified candidates.
Screen interview and assess candidates ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience at every stage.
Utilize data and market insights to drive recruitment decisions and continuously improve processes.
Champion QVCs values and Leadership Competency Model modeling agility accountability and a customer-first mindset.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders external partners and candidates to foster a high-performing collaborative environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies procedures and employment laws.

What You Bring

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Business or a related field.
2 years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment preferably in high-volume or frontline/operations environments.
Proven ability to deliver results with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on inclusivity and relationship-building.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools; familiarity with data-driven recruitment practices is a plus.
Demonstrated agility adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.
Commitment to QVCs values and leadership competencies including self-awareness accountability and innovation.

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
