WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Operations Analyst in Noida and ensure robust control and accuracy across all asset classes and custodians. The competences are primary focused on Reconciliation and Data capture.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Daily trade capture reconciliation and/or lifecycle management related production work.

  • Participate in projects aimed at operational improvements or client onboardings

  • Ensure oversight into application functionality and testing efforts including the preparation and completion of testing.

  • Update and maintain business procedures within the team

  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within existing processes

  • Support development and implementation of new workflows and ensure adoption.

WHAT WE VALUE

  • More than 5 years of experience working in the investment industry

  • Profound understanding of one or more back-office functions such as Trade Processing Settlement Reconciliations and Asset Servicing.

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills (English Language)

  • Problem-solving skills to identify problems analyze them and propose solutions.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

  • Interpersonal skills to be able to build effective relationships with team members and stakeholders

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
