Inverters Product Line Lead – China

• Provide regional support to establish Product Portfolio and Roadmap globally for Product Line by providing regional inputs based on Market and Customer Trends.
• Interface with Product Design Leads and Engineering Teams in the region to understand and establish Platform alignment where it is possible.
• Review and align the regional Product Architecture and Design with Global Platform Solutions
• Interface with Regional Marketing/ Sales to understand and establish Market and Customer Trends.
• Responsible in providing Product Costing (Price and Cost) while performing Gap Analysis (product technology cost and capability) for the region.
• Responsible for the Product Benchmarking on competitor or supplier solutions.
• Promote Platform Adoption and provide support in Generic Business Case with Product Line Chief
• Interface support with regional Manufacturing and Application Engineering for design and process improvement and lessons learnt.
• Support Product Line in providing Internal Communication and evaluating opportunities for Partnership or M&A (if any).
• Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum with Engineering degree or higher
• 8 or more years experience in Automotive Products focusing on Power Electronics
• Experience with Power Electronics design knowledge resource planning and cost analysis
• Experience as a Project Lead responsible in technical coordination in Project/ Product Team environment is a plus.
