Elaborates the Project Charters of all the technically related Development and Improvement topics: through a close cooperation with the Development Leader define the action plan identify the required resources and estimate the necessary hours and costs set a milestone plan from the kick-off to the close-out define and record the deliverables
Animates and organizes the review of the development Topics:
Collect the needs & estimated hours from the Discipline Managers
Organize review meeting
Defines project charters with associated action plan and deliverable list
Update Project Charters every 3 months
Collect and record Deliverables

Bachelor degree in engineering or above;
Good cooperation and organization skill;
Good oral and written communication skills;
Good written and oral English.
