Job Summary

An engineering firm located in Somerville NJ is seeking a Civil Staff Engineer to join their team. This candidate will assist in environmental civil and building projects for a wide range of environmental engineering and construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Preparation of contract documents design plans specifications and details for site building and facility improvement projects;
Client coordination and communication;
Provide direction and management of project team members subconsultants and subcontractors;
Perform quality assurance inspections and documentation of ongoing projects;
Interact with and assist on the development and completion of environmental remediation and redevelopment projects.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering;
A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of environmental civil and construction related project experience;
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and present information in technical and non-technical terms;
Ability and desire to work on multiple project assignments.
