GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center is seeking an Administrative Coordinator 1-3 to join our team located in the Warehouse!

The incumbent in this position will be responsible for inventory management order fulfillment and timely distribution of goods. The Warehouse Department Administrative Coordinator position performs various tasks associated with receiving inventory and non- inventory procurements; perform online PeopleSoft receipt process in inventory system; manage material stock requests and fulfillment processes; physically select and distribute supplies and commodities to departments throughout the facility in a timely manner; process shipments thru various couriers; attends mandatory education and training; performance Evaluation/Review; and any other duties as assigned by department.

Job Duties and Other Information

Job Duties:

  • Answers multi-line telephone or switchboards giving routine information and screening calls.
  • Greets visitors.
  • Receives sorts and distributes mail.
  • Collects and prepares for processing time and attendance sheets for department or office.
  • Performs routine filing of documents and maintains filing systems.
  • Copies and/or distributes correspondence reports and other documents.
  • Receives cash checks credit cards vouchers or departmental charges from customers and/or employees in payment for goods or services.
  • May operate various office equipment (such as copy machine calculator) that requires no special knowledge or previous training.
  • May deliver and pick-up various materials.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.

About this job: The Administrative Coordinator 1 2 or 3 is a Career Progression Group (CPG). The level of hire depends on the level of experience. Please make sure to list all work history and detailed job duties on the application.
Work Location:This Administrative Coordinator 1-3 position is located in the Warehouse.
Work Hours:Monday -Friday 8am-4:30pm.

This position requires the ability to lift heavy boxes on a routine basis the ability to climb up and down ladders to retrieve inventory items from Warehouse shelves the ability to reach overhead to retrieve items and the ability to safely operate a forklift pallet jacks and golf cart to transport Warehouse supplies.
