The position / About the Job:

In this job the Sr. Support (Engineering ERP) would be responsible for:

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of ERP master data including item masters Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product configurations for new products.
• Work with cross-functional teams including R&D Manufacturing Supply Chain Quality and order handling to ensure readiness and alignment with operational goals
• Floating of RFQ to suppliers receiving the quotation and preparation of quote comparison sheet
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage component deliverables and project timeline
• Study of design change request updating the latest drawing revision in ERP system analysing the impact on existing supply chain
• Collaborating with sourcing quality & production teams for timely implementation of design change notification
• Attend daily cell status board meeting and work with internal stake holders for problem resolution KAIZEN
• Work closely with suppliers for timely delivery of NPD/EPD projects
• Handling of product specification and updating into the ERP system
• To register change request in system and its implementation
• Study of CA (Customer adaptation) order and creating Product Data Structure in ERP

What you can be

Qualifications & experience:

• BE/DME Mechanical from reputed University/ Collage with good academic record.
• 7 to 9 years of Experience in machining/ sheet metal industry
• Working knowledge of AUTO CAD Creo Parametric
• Must have good experience of working on ERP system from NPD/EPD perspective
• Prior knowledge of MOVEX will be added advantage
• Must have hands on experience of MS Office 365
