This role is perfect for someone with anoffice administration or operations backgroundwho wants todevelop in People & Cultureand play a key role in creating an outstanding employee experience.
Youll take ownership of 3 key areas:
Community & Belonging
Ensure a warm smooth onboarding experience for every new joiner.
Organize company events (including our legendary Tidio Camp ) and team integrations.
Coordinate company travel and logistics through TravelPerk.
Gather feedback and ideas to keep improving how we connect and celebrate together.
Benefits & Rewards
Help employees make the most of our benefits and answer day-to-day questions.
Spot ways to improve perks and propose practical cost-effective changes.
Coordinate appreciation initiatives like holiday gifts or Tidio Camp packages.
Manage budgets invoices and smooth collaboration with the Finance team.

You are the perfect fit if you:
Have 1 years of experience in office operations administration or people-related roles.
Have successfully organized events or supported initiatives that brought people together.
Are naturally communicative proactive and adaptable.
Take ownership and enjoy seeing things through from idea to completion.
Want to grow into HR / People & Culture initiatives over time.
Communicate fluently in English (min. B2 level).
Nice to have:
Proven experience in end-to-end event organization.
Strong writing skills (clear engaging communication in English).
