Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems Solutions Architect, Instructional and Information Technology Services

Job Overview

Under the direction of the Director of Digital Transformation the CRM Systems Solutions Architect leads the design implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments across campus units. The incumbent serves as an advisor translating business and operational requirements into scalable CRM solutions that support among others student engagement departmental reporting and institutional communications. This role encompasses technical support systems design data integrations user training and onboarding and continuous improvement of the Dynamics 365 platform ensuring alignment with CSUSMs strategic plan and IITS organizational objectives.

This is a full-time exempt position which will lead toward permanent status following the successful completion of a probationary period.

Pay Benefits and Work Schedule

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $6755 - $7027 per month (step 3 - step 5)

CSU Classification Salary Range: $6492 - $9458 per month

Salary is commensurate with the background and experience of the individual selected.
