The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Enterprise Systems Specialist to manage and optimize our ERP and CRM platforms. This role bridges business operations and technology ensuring systems are configured maintained and leveraged to support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills process improvement experience and a passion for enabling efficiency through technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the companys ERP and CRM systems.
• Configure maintain and troubleshoot ERP and CRM applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards reports and workflows to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Provide training and support to end-users ensuring adoption and proper utilization of systems.
• Assist with data integrity migration and integration between ERP CRM and other business tools.
• Participate in system upgrades testing and implementation of new features or modules.
• Document processes configurations and best practices for ongoing reference.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or another related field is required. Additional experience in lieu of education is acceptable.
• 3 years of experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes and system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Smartsheet for project and workflow management.
• Vista by Viewpoint for construction or project-based ERP.
• Insight Spreadsheet Server for advanced reporting and analytics.
• Odoo for open-source ERP and CRM solutions.

• Industrial machine shop environment with possible travel between facilities.
• Occasional extended hours based on operational or customer needs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Requires sitting standing bending walking and using hands/tools for extended periods.
