Plans directs & coordinates the daily assignments and operations of Dominos Restaurant and staff in Hyannis Cape Cod MA.
Duties include but not limited to:
*Manage daily operations of Dominos Restaurant serving associated food items and beverages;
*Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation serving and cleaning methods
*schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries maintain food and equipment inventory keep inventory records
*handle customer questions and resolve complaints regarding food qualify service or other count monies and make deposits;
*schedule staff hours train and motivate a quality team
*determine staffing requirements interview hire and train new or existing staff;
*prepare employee review and performance reports;
*plan and coordinate sales and marketing promotions.
Additional Information :
Qualifications:
*Associate Degree in Business Management or related field and knowledge of service administration principles in coordination of people & resources; ability to lead independently communicate information effectively
Full Time position Forty (40) hours per week.
Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges working within high stress environment; honest and ethical; ability to work with others within a team environment; careful attention to detail & completion of tasks; reliable and dependable.
