Job Summary
About the role:
- Full Time role available
- You will be supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen through food preparation and dishwashing
- Be responsible for providing the highest level of attention to all aspects of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Kitchen including but not limited to cutlery crockery and commercial equipment
- Recycling and removal of rubbish
- Assisting Chefs with food preparation as required
- Adhere to all sanitation and chemical use guidelines.
- Follow and adhere to all HACCAP hygiene ALLSafe and WHS requirements.
Qualifications :
A bit about you:
You may have previous experience in a similar fast paced environment. Regardless of your level of experience there are a few things that would make you shine in this role which include:
- Great energy and a Find the YES! positive attitude.
- Good time management skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to multi task will be essential to this role
- Professional well-groomed appearance demonstrating pride in presentation.
- Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts including days nights weekends and Public Holidays
- Experience in a similar role is ideal
- You hold valid unlimited working rights for Australia
