As a Customer Support Manager youll be the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring new customers are onboarded seamlessly and existing ones receive top-notch support. Youre the first person they turn to for guidance on our products and youre the one they count on when something unexpectedly goes wrong.
What Youll Be Doing
Youll be part of a collaborative support team working directly with clients to ensure their success.
Youll help customers overcome challenges with our products monitor their progress and provide valuable feedback to our product teams for future improvements.
Youll take the lead on onboarding new clients ensuring a positive experience from day one and answering all their questions.
This is a dynamic position where youll constantly be solving multiple puzzles at once all while connecting with both clients and colleagues.

You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
You have a recently or a few years ago completed a Bachelors or Masters degree.
