Job Duties

Requisitions secures tracks release plans for Officer assignment to ensure that the release plans are coordinated with each case. Type and upload jail release notifications. Ensure that notifications are forwarded to the appropriate Districs and jails. Review Sex Offender lists for possible Civil Commitment. Request information from the Probation and Parole District regarding the acceptability of the release plan for Sex offenders.

Minimum Qualifications

Demonstrated skill in the use of Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel to accomplish office support requirements. Recent experience providing customer service and administrative support in a professional office setting.

Additional Considerations

Knowledge of Clerical and/or administrative support experience in the Correctional and/or alternative setting. Advanced knowledge in office administration or equivalent training. Working knowledge of a multi-line communication system. Experience in filing or record keeping or data entry.
