The Opportunity

Were seeking a strategic inclusive and globally minded leader to serve as our Head of Employee Experience for the Asia Pacific region! This role is pivotal in shaping the employee experience across diverse markets partnering with senior leaders to drive a high-performance values-led culture. Youll lead a regional team across HR Business Partnering Talent Development Total Rewards Employee Relations and Workplace Experience ensuring Adobes people strategies are locally relevant and globally aligned.

What youll do

  • Strategic Partnership:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to APAC business leaders aligning people strategies with business goals.
    • Represent APAC in global EX forums and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and develop a high-performing EX team across the region fostering collaboration and capability growth.
    • Build a strong bench of future leaders and ensure succession planning is in place.
  • Culture & Values
    • Champion Adobes culture and values in all people practices reinforcing inclusion innovation and integrity.
    • Sustain and advance a positive organizational culture aligned with Adobes mission.
  • Program Localization & Execution
    • Localize and scale global EX programs in talent inclusive leadership rewards and workplace experience.
    • Partner with global COEs to ensure regional relevance and impact.
  • Market & Regulatory Insight
    • Monitor regional trends employment practices and regulatory shifts to inform strategy and mitigate risk.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Adobes code of business ethics.

What youll need to succeed

  • 20 years of progressive HR/EX leadership experience in global organizations.
  • Experience leading full lifecycle HR across APAC.
  • Proven success leading regional teams and partnering with senior executives.
  • Deep understanding of APAC markets cultures and employment practices.
  • Strong business sense and execution capability.
  • Inclusive leadership style and passion for talent development.
  • Ability to influence leaders and peers across the business in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and uncertainty and to define direction and execute with judgment weighing the business / people / compliance.
