Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location San Antonio TX / Hybrid

Job Description:

X Technologies is seeking IT Project Managers with project management experience and duties preferably related to information operations cyberspace operations or information technology for the 39th Information Operations Squadron (39 IOS) from Joint Base San Antonio TX

You will coordinate with project managers spanning the host base wing group squadron and external agencies to initiate plan execute and control activities within the negotiated scope and schedule.

What Youll Be Doing:

You will understand project and configuration management concepts and methodologies at the associate level equivalent to: CompTIA Project or similar certification.
You will ensure Planning and Identification of projects is completed including but not limited to: Scope of Change Requirements Test Cases Software and Hardware.
You will ensure Version Control and Baseline is completed including but not limited to: Classifying components covered by the project ensuring tracking of versions (Current vs Proposed) and ensuring standard naming conventions are used (names labels revisions files).
You will ensure Change Control includes but is not limited to: ensuring the 5-phase change control process is employed across all networks and teams ad-hoc changes Impact analysis and ensuring Flight Approval prior to change implementation along with coordinating and auditing the Configuration Management Process and hosting monthly Change Control Boards or as needed.
You will ensure Configuration Status Accounting is completed including but not limited to: Recording and evaluating changes made from one baseline to the next monitoring the status and resolution of all change requests and ensuring documentation is maintained created and updated.
You will ensure Audits and Reviews are completed including but not limited to: ensuring goals from planning phase are met ensuring change is compliant with standards and ensuring changes match reports

What Required Qualifications Youll Bring:

Bachelors Degree or Higher or Approved Equivalent Experience
10 years experience
3 years of project management experience and duties preferably related to information operations cyberspace operations or information technology
Experience communicating requirements and expectations to teams. Ability to present information in a way that is understandable to a variety of technical levels
Experience managing the life cycle of PKI systems including logistics deployment sustainment and disposal preferably within a DoD or DAF environment
Clearance - Secret
