About the Role

Join a licensed private investigative firm specializing in unclaimed property recovery helping individuals and families reclaim lost or unclaimed funds. As a Virtual Claim Support Specialist you will play a vital role in managing client communication documentation and case coordination from lead generation through claim payout.

This role has recently evolved to place a stronger emphasis on client-facing interaction requiring excellent communication skills empathy and emotional resilience. Candidates with legal paralegal or insurance backgrounds are especially encouraged to apply as the work involves understanding sensitive documentation and navigating detailed claim processes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction & Case Management

• Serve as a primary point of contact for claimants via phone email and text particularly during the afternoon/evening (after 12 PM MST).
  
• Guide clients through the claim process maintaining professionalism patience and empathy during emotionally sensitive discussions.
  
• Review organize and follow up on legal or claim-related documentation to ensure timely submission and accuracy.
  
• Handle difficult conversations with tact and compassion ensuring claimants feel supported and informed throughout the process.
  

Marketing & Lead Support

• Collect format and prepare raw lead data using Excel or MS Access.
  
• Verify standardize and clean lead contact information using public records and investigative databases.
  
• Maintain and segment New and Stagnant lead lists scheduling direct-mail email and text campaigns to drive engagement.
  

Sales Support

• Monitor and respond to inbound communications across multiple channels.
  
• Send and track Claimant Agreements (UPRAs) ensuring all signatures and documents are properly recorded.
  
• Prioritize hot vs. cold leads and coordinate timely follow-ups.
  
• Assist with new claimant onboarding and document collection.
  

Operational Assistance

• Prepare meeting agendas and update scorecards for Sales Marketing and Operations teams.
  
• Follow up with claimants or institutions (courts reporting companies agencies) for missing information or case updates.
  
• Support continuous improvements in workflow efficiency and data accuracy.
  

Qualifications

Hard Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and data cleanup methods.
  
• Strong understanding of document verification contracts or case trackinglegal/paralegal or insurance experience preferred.
  
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  
• Comfortable managing both structured tasks and emotionally charged client interactions.
