The role

The purpose of this role is to a provide high-level of support to the company Managing Director and Directors ensuring that their time and focus remain on strategic priorities.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior management team. As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for managing schedules coordinating meetings and travel arrangements preparing reports and presentations and handling confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented possesses excellent communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

*Please note for this role we are open to both Full-time and Part-time contracts. The minimum hours for this role is 27.5 hours*

The right fit

  • Qualification in typing or word processing (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience of providing PA / secretarial support to multiple senior managers.
  • Experience of audio typing and copy typing.
  • Ability to take notes of complex information and produce accurate minutes.
  • Ability to provide flexible working hours to accommodate the Directors schedule in the case of events and meetings
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to meet strict deadline and work on own initiative.
