Rated Requirements

Cloud Knowledge and Experience - 50%

Demonstrated experience enabling and designing the Government of Ontarios clouds Azure AWS IBM Oracle and Google clouds. This experience would need be with Cloud environments that are of the same scale as the Government of Ontario Cloud or BPS environments.

Communications and Customer Service - 25%

Demonstrated experience of working with customers/key stakeholders and using communication skills to resolve operational issues negotiate or document process related intelligence.

Analysis and Problem-Solving - 25%

Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting and resolving Azure/AWS/IBM/GCP/Oracle Cloud environments incidents and working with vendor partners.

Description

Responsibilities

Required to translate technical systems specifications into working tested applications.

This includes:

• developing detailed programming specifications
• writing and/or generating code o compiling data-driven programs maintaining and conducting unit tests.

Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages including technical assistance in implementation conversion and migrations.

• Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support at the specified experience level

• Great knowledge of Oracle E-Business table structure related to GL AR Collections AP INV and FND
• Strong knowledge of SQL tuning and using partition tables
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of data warehouse ETL methodologies and OBIEE
• Demonstrated work experience on Java and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) will be a great asset
