Job Summary
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Developer to join our this role you will translate complex technical system specifications into high-quality tested applications and provide ongoing support throughout the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design build and maintain scalable modern solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate technical system specifications into reliable well-tested applications
- Develop detailed programming and technical specifications
- Write maintain and unit-test clean efficient code
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development implementation migration and production support
- Provide technical support during and post-implementation
- Participate in application design development testing debugging and documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC
Must-Have Technical Skills
- 10 years of hands-on experience in Java development with Oracle or SQL databases
- 5 years of experience building REST APIs / RESTful Web Services
- 5 years of experience with React TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 and
- Strong experience with microservices architecture and core architectural principles
- Working experience with RxJS and
- Experience using Azure DevOps
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience developing Internet-ready applications
- Knowledge of Information Management principles
- Experience with middleware gateways and post-implementation support
- Experience conducting design walkthroughs
- Knowledge of AODA compliance and accessibility standards
- Ability to create user and system documentation
