Job Summary

Are you passionate about wellness and making a positive impact The Grandview Family YMCA is looking for a dynamic Wellness Director to lead and inspire its wellness department. This is your chance to be part of a mission-driven nonprofit thats committed to youth development healthy living and social responsibility!

WHAT YOULL DO: Create a fun welcoming and safe environment where members can connect achieve wellness goals and thrive. Manage wellness programs for all ages from personal training group exercise to youth wellness and specialized programs. Build and motivate a talented team of wellness staff and volunteers ensuring a positive and supportive culture. Help members achieve their fitness goals by providing coaching assessments and training. Manage budgets ensure the wellness center stays top-notch and implement innovative programs that will keep members coming back. Be a part of exciting community health events and help grow our wellness programs offering people in our community the chance to transform their lives.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING A passion for health and wellness with at least 2 years of experience in the wellness field. Certifications in First Aid CPR AED and O2 (and a commitment to ongoing learning). Excellent leadership and communication skills with a knack for building relationships and motivating others. A drive to create a positive engaging experience for every member.
