Description As a Specialist II within Auto Origination Business Operations you will be responsible for processing transactions which can include moderately complex tasks. You will be expected to adhere to established procedures and guidelines while maintaining production targets with accuracy. Job responsibilities
- Process and clear transactions in accordance with established procedures ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond to dealer inquiries and requests such as funding inquiries and transaction disputes providing a positive client experience.
- Utilize automation technologies to optimize transaction processing and account servicing.
- Refer non-standard problems to supervisor or more senior role adhering to the protocol for non-routine issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable product definitions and operating procedures including upstream and downstream process flows.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in transaction management with a focus on processing clearing servicing researching and settling disputes.
- Demonstrated ability to follow prescribed instructions and procedures with minimal variance from guidelines and protocols.
- Developing proficiency in automation technologies with the ability to apply these to support and implement transaction optimization initiatives.
- Developing proficiency in client experience with an understanding of how dealers interact and perceive a brand or business throughout the entire client journey.
- Call center experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Beginner-level ability to handle conflicts in transactions and client disputes.
- Basic experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate transaction reporting and suggest new ideas for improvement.
