Job Summary
Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (20 patients/week requirement) to join our growing Homecare team. If youre passionate about helping patients regain independence in their homes we want to hear from you!
Plainview / Hicksville Region $54k$70k Homecare Part-Time w/ benefits
What Youll Do:
- Provide one-on-one occupational therapy in the home setting
Develop and update individualized plans of care with patients families and physicians - Document visits in our quick EMR (no OASIS required)
- Communicate progress and discharge planning with patients and families
- Treat patients primarily within your designated geographic area

- Homecare experience preferred (mentorship & training provided if new to home health)
