Key responsibilities
- Split responsibilities50% Global Mobility / 50% Compensation & Benefits supporting both areas equally.
Provide day-to-day support to HR Business Partners on compensation benefits and mobility-related inquiries and activities.
Work with existing processes tools and systems ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Manage job architecture activities:updating the system reviewing mappings and ensuring proper approval loops are followed.
Run Balance Sheet (BS) processes for international assignments creating reviewing and maintaining BS setups.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure data consistency and alignment across systems (including EC).
Support process optimization and standardization initiatives within the Global Mobility and Compensation & Benefits domains.
You bring these skills experience & education
- 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and/or Global Mobility (Global Mobility Experience is a must).
- Balance Sheet expertise experience setting up and running BS for international assignments.
- Solid knowledge of Compensation & Benefits and Global Mobility frameworks.
- Strong understanding of job architecture processes (system updates mappings approvals) is a nice-to-have.
- Employee Central (EC) experience (user knowledge or configuration knowledge is a plus).
- Fluency in English.
- Soft skills: independent proactive results-oriented adaptive and comfortable working autonomously.
