What youll do

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls emails and messages for client services
  • Assess needs and arrange services/benefits based on policy coverage
  • Coordinate with service partners and internal teams to resolve cases
  • Document all conversations actions and outcomes in the case system
  • Collaborate within the team to ensure seamless end-to-end case handling
  • Handle ad hoc tasks to support Assistance Operations as needed

What youll bring

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in any field
  • 1years experience in client-facing or coordination roles (e.g. customer service provider liaison account/claims support operations); fresh graduates welcome.
  • Advantage: background in insurance medical or travel assistance
  • Strong English (written and spoken); Mandarin and Chinese dialects are a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
  • Able to work rotating shifts across 7 days (07:0022:00) including weekends and public holidays.
  • Customer-focused calm under pressure and detail-oriented
