Develop and promote a user experience vision
Define an aggressive frontend vision rooted in user journey maps and market insights. Champion accessibility internationalisation and clear design to ensure every interaction delights.
Implement Rapid Prototyping & Validation
Partner with UX/UI to iterate wireframes Figma flows or lightweight HTML proofs. Facilitate design sprints and usability labs and translate validated concepts into well-scoped stories and acceptance criteria.
Measure Experiment & Iterate
Own success metrics (e.g. conversion lift adoption time-to-purchase) instrument events and build real-time dashboards. Run A/B tests with clear hypotheses analyse results and refine the product continuously.
Platform-First & Developer Experience
Build modular components and implement design-system governance for reuse. Collaborate with Engineering teams on CI/CD feature flags to ensure rapid safe rollouts.
Lead Cross-Functional Alignment & Storytelling
Map sophisticated workflows end-to-end surface quantitative and qualitative insights and frame them in compelling narratives. Align Legal Finance Ops and Marketing to unblock launches and drive adoption.
Continuous Discovery & Growth Focus
Lead user interviews coordinate in-product feedback and facilitate retrospectives to find opportunities..
Ecommerce & Frontend Expertise
5 years product management experience in eCommerce launching 0 to 1 web and/or mobile products. Deep understanding of frontend architectures native iOS/Android considerations and internationalisation/localisation standard processes.
Customer-Obsessed
Experience of building products with emotional intelligence for users mental models constantly discovering how customers needs change.
Creative Problem Solver
Data-focused: you establish measurable success metrics analyze analytics conduct experiments and prioritize project tasks to drive progress.
