Job Summary

At NorthScale Group we help businesses scale their revenue and customer base through strategic marketing and technology. Were looking for a High-Ticket Sales Closer who can turn qualified leads into premium clients consistently closing 6-figure deals. Youll engage with decision-makers understand their goals and present NorthScales solutions with confidence turning opportunities into measurable growth.

Tasks

  • Qualify inbound leads and prioritize high-potential prospects.
  • Conduct discovery calls and sales presentations with decision-makers.
  • Build rapport and position NorthScale as a strategic partner.
  • Manage and update all activities in the CRM (Attio).
  • Track pipeline progress and maintain accurate deal records.
  • Handle objections and negotiate terms to close high-ticket deals.
  • Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and drive conversions.
  • Re-engage cold leads and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Report sales metrics and suggest improvements to optimize closing strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals for digital brands (6-figure preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B or high-ticket sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes pipelines and CRM management.
  • Excellent communication persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and confidently guide prospects to close.
  • Comfortable conducting calls video meetings and presentations with decision-makers.
  • Highly organized and disciplined with time and task management.
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week and respond promptly to leads.
  • Self-motivated goal-oriented and accountable for hitting sales targets.
  • Competence with CRM tools (e.g. Attio Salesforce HubSpot) and sales tech stack.
