Tasks
- Qualify inbound leads and prioritize high-potential prospects.
- Conduct discovery calls and sales presentations with decision-makers.
- Build rapport and position NorthScale as a strategic partner.
- Manage and update all activities in the CRM (Attio).
- Track pipeline progress and maintain accurate deal records.
- Handle objections and negotiate terms to close high-ticket deals.
- Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and drive conversions.
- Re-engage cold leads and nurture long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for smooth onboarding.
- Report sales metrics and suggest improvements to optimize closing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals for digital brands (6-figure preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B or high-ticket sales.
- Strong understanding of sales processes pipelines and CRM management.
- Excellent communication persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and confidently guide prospects to close.
- Comfortable conducting calls video meetings and presentations with decision-makers.
- Highly organized and disciplined with time and task management.
- Availability to work 20 hours per week and respond promptly to leads.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and accountable for hitting sales targets.
