You will represent international brands across different projects ensuring a high-quality experience for each customer.

Tasks
- Communicate with customers via phone email or chat providing excellent support and solutions.
- Identify customer needs and ensure first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to solve complex cases.
- Stay informed about products services and procedures to deliver accurate information.
- Contribute to a positive team-oriented work environment.
Requirements
- Fluent in French (C1 or native level) and good command of English (B1 or higher).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to different projects and work processes.
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
- Availability to work in shifts (if required by the project).
- Previous experience in customer service hospitality or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
