Our client a leading educational institution in Dallas TX is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join as Paraprofessional / Classroom Support Staff. The role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills who are eager to assist teachers and support students in a structured learning environment.
This position provides an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in education support staffing or customer service to gain hands-on experience in classroom and student assistance.
Key Responsibilities:-
Assist teachers in classroom management and instructional activities.

Support individual or small groups of students as directed by teachers.

Prepare and organize classroom materials and resources.

Help maintain a positive safe and inclusive learning environment.

Communicate effectively with teachers students and parents regarding student progress or classroom needs.

Support administrative tasks related to classroom activities attendance and reporting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2 year experience in classroom support education or related fields preferred.
