Job Summary:
Seeking a highly resourceful and polished Executive Assistant to support senior executives in a dynamic fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive detail-oriented and thrives under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This role requires excellent judgment strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic calendar management in a rapidly changing environment across multiple time zones.
Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual meetings including room bookings catering and technical setup.
Manage complex travel arrangements ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas presentations and other materials.
Complete critical aspects of deliverables and special assignments by setting objectives managing timelines and collaborating across teams.
Organize logistics for off-site meetings and support department-wide events as needed.
Handle a wide range of administrative tasks and communications with discretion and accuracy.
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders including customers vendors and visitors.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
What Youll Bring:
Bachelors Degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint Teams Skype for Business).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
A proactive results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
