IT Analyst
Location: Grand Rapids MI

Duration: Long-term

Rate: $ 30 -

They need someone on-site to be more Tier 2 and handle issues in the office handle walk up issues etc.

Running deployments work with the user on setup etc.

Probably not lots of training but do some documentation. Helping the end user with the basics.

Running through an ERP migration/upgrade so really need someone to help with the support as the team is doing a lot of work on that front. Post go live support.

2-5 years of experience

Mobile device support printers copiers etc.
