Gamma Mobility is seeking a Talent Management Associate who will support the HR function with a core focus on recruitment and talent acquisition activities. The role will be responsible for sourcing attracting and engaging qualified candidates to meet the organisations staffing needs while also supporting other HR functions including onboarding training employee engagement and performance management to ensure that every new and existing team member has a positive experience throughout their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection:
Develop and implement sourcing strategies (online and offline) to attract top talent including leveraging job boards social media and referrals.
Screen CVs conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Onboarding & Integration:
Support a smooth onboarding experience for new employees ensuring smooth transition and alignment with company culture and policies.
Coordinate orientation programs and monitor new employee integration.
Prepare onboarding documentation for new hires.
Talent Management & HR Support:
Assist in implementing employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Keep records of probation reviews appraisals and performance discussions.
Assist in maintaining employee data and generating reports on recruitment training and performance metrics.
Provide administrative and logistical support for HR events and other people-related initiatives.
Learning & Development Support
Coordinate training sessions under the GammaVarsity program.
Track attendance gather feedback and update learning records.
Support the HR team in identifying and following up on development needs.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Sociology Psychology or a related field. A professional certification in human resources is a plus.
4-5 years experience in recruitment and talent management.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Experience supporting training initiatives is a plus.
Have strong organizational and communication skills.
Proactive people-oriented and enjoy helping others succeed.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and still pay attention to detail.
Comfortable with HR tools and managing data.
