Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations with

strategic oversight strong leadership and hands-on expertise in managing production inventory

maintenance and vendor development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in

operational management within manufacturing or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day plant and operational activities ensuring high efficiency and output.

- Manage end-to-end inventory with a focus on precious metals like silver gold etc.

- Lead and mentor large teams across multiple departments.

- Implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.

- Ensure compliance with quality safety and statutory regulations.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely execution of production and delivery

schedules.

- Monitor budgets cost controls and resource planning.

- Identify bottlenecks and implement strategic solutions for smooth operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong management and leadership skills

- Deep understanding of operational workflows

- Proficiency in inventory management systems

- Knowledge of precious metals handling and compliance

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to lead large teams and communicate effectively across levels

- Ability to understand electrical wiring drawing PI diagram building map.

- Candidates with experience in manufacturing industry with knowledge of precious metals..
