Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Factory Manager to oversee and
manage factory operations and commercial activities. The ideal candidate should
have strong technical knowledge hands-on experience in machine operations and a
solid background in handling both production and commercial departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end factory operations commercial operations production
planning execution and supervision.
- Oversee commercial activities related to factory operations.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure smooth coordination between production maintenance quality dispatch
and commercial teams.
- Maintain and implement factory safety and compliance standards.
- Monitor inventory raw material consumption and reduce wastage.
- Lead and manage factory workforce with effective team handling and motivation.
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 510 years of experience in factory or plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of machine operations and manufacturing processes.
- Sound understanding of commercial functions and factory administration.
- Excellent leadership problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in managing production teams and meeting deadlines.
- / Diploma in Mechanical (mandatory).
Salary: Upto 30K (Negotiable for deserving candidate)
