Job Summary

Network Management for Office Infra Network & Security Devices

Design configure and deploy network infrastructure including routers switches firewalls wireless access points and VPNs.

Managing OIC End point switches management troubleshooting issues with OEM upgrading devicesfirmware addressing end user connectivity issues.

Monitor network performance availability and security using appropriate tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Maintain and optimize network configurations to improve efficiency and performance.

Perform network capacity planning and scalability assessments.

Manage and keeping the network documentation SOP diagrams and inventory up to date periodically .

Closure of VA and hardening findings

Coordinate with Vendors & OEMs to troubleshoot issues reported by end users or business impact and follow up for RMA pickups with OEM for faulty hardware or raising calls for hardware issues

Conduct Periodic DR drills and preparing DR reports

Preparation of Compliance / Regulatory Reports

Upgradation of firmware and patches as and when required and recommended by OEM due to any bugs

Ensuring the uptime of the devices

Call logging with ISP for link down degradation issues and following up till closure of the same

Monitoring the devices through the monitoring tools and finetuning the monitoring tool

User management on devices

Create Incidents Prepare incident reports monthly review reports of the devicesutilizationto NDML management

Required Skills:
