Job Summary
- Responsible for overall management and administration of the project components during design and construction
- Advice on procurement and bidding process
- Construction supervision quality monitoring contract management
- Establishment of Construction Management and Project Performance Monitoring and Reporting System
- Assist in resolving contractual issue during implementation
- Preparation of Progress as well as Project Completion Report
- Scheduling and ensuring timely mobilization/ demobilization of team members
- Minnimum 10% measurement verification at Site & 100% Checking of Monthly & Final Bill.
Qualifications :
Graduate in Civil Engineering
Additional Information :
10 years experience in construction management of Urban Service delivery (Water Supply/ Sewerage/ Drainage/ Drainage/ Solid Waste Management) of which Minimum 05 years in Water Supply & Sewerage projects.
