Minimum 8 years of experience in software development including at least 3 years in IVR (Interactive Voice Response) development and 2 years in a team leadership role.

Hands-on expertise in IVR platforms such as Twilio and Microsoft 365.

Certifications in IVR technologies (e.g. Twilio Cyara) are an added advantage.

Experience working with cloud environments like AWS or Azure along with exposure to Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.

Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira GitHub and Confluence.

Strong understanding of security and privacy standards pertaining to customer data management.

Technical proficiency in .NET Java and other scripting languages.

Demonstrated leadership communication and team management skills.

Excellent analytical problem-solving and attention-to-detail capabilities.
