Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor injection moulding machines for feeding bottle and plastic product manufacturing.
Set machine parameters such as temperature pressure and cycle time as per product specifications.
Ensure smooth machine operation production efficiency and product quality.
Perform mould changing machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Inspect finished products for defects dimension accuracy and surface finish.
Record daily production reports raw material usage and downtime details.
Work closely with production supervisors and quality control teams.
Follow safety and hygiene standards in the production area.
Identify and troubleshoot machine or moulding defects during operations.

Requirements

Required Skill Sets

Experience in injection moulding machine operation (preferably in plastic or feeding bottle industry).
Knowledge of mould setup parameter setting and material handling (PP HDPE PET etc.).
Understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and mould designs.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Basic mechanical and technical aptitude.
Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
