Job Summary

Urgent requirement of PSA Engineer - Generation - Contract - Sydney

Requirements

Must have 5 years of experience in Power system applications Generation Automatic Generation Control Load Frequency Control Load Forecasting Economic Dispatch Power Flow State Estimator Contingency analysis Operator Training Simulator
Hands-on expertise preferably on GE PowerOn Reliance (XA21) and/or AEMS/GDC Platform Software as well as EMS of any equivalent platforms from Siemens OSI ABB Schneider etc
Proficient in both Linux and Windows operating environments
Experience with communication protocols: IEC/104 DNP3 Modbus ICCP OPC
Experience of working with relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server
Experience in programming languages for system integration or scripting such as C C PERL or similar
SQL shell scripting and ability to read and interpret logs and debug files
Must have experience in picking up and installing fixes on live customer systems
Strong troubleshooting & debugging skills
Very Good Communication Skills

Duration: 6 Months and possible extension
